Question

Just got the iTwo Studio Package. My download of the Studio One Artist was incomplete regarding all of the extra plug-ins etc. The individual downloads after the initial install of the main program mostly failed. I was able to restart some of the downloads with some success but Most of them did not get downloaded before I had to restart my Mac and I lost the page that I was downloading from.  How do I find out what downloads I am missing?  Thanks!

Hi,

Hopefully you have registered your products and software in your "My Presonus" account. If you haven't set one up, do so... Then go to your account, open your "software" and go through the download process again. This should fix what you don't have and get you going.

As an alternate method, go to the top menu for StudioOne, then to installations, then from online account. Next will show a list of all content for your version, and if it is installed or not. You can download directly from that screen, and it will install for you. Once you do that, there is an icon at the top right of the S1 screen that will show any downloads in progress.
