Question

I'm running a microphone through the AudioBox 44VSL, I believe I have it configured correctly as the input. I'm seeing bars move in the recording window, and the recording track is registering input, but I can't hear anything on my monitors.  Playback doesn't make any audible sound either....

I've got a windows 7 pro 64 bit machine, Studio One is version 1.6.4.1644.  I don't have any idea how to find the version number of my audio interface, I assume that's the audiobox.  Certainly that is what's selected.  Don't have any idea how to find the mixer version number.

This should be a pretty easy problem.

Hello,

Studio One v1 is no longer supported. Please uninstall that and download/install Studio One 3 Artist from your My.Presonus.com account. I see that you have that in your account.  As you stated the version of your interface is the AudioBox 44VSL.
