Midi drums foot controller value not written when record section is looped

When using my drum module Pearl Mimic Pro to record midi, the foot controller value for the hi-hat (which is a dynamic range depending on how depressed the hi-hat pedal is) is only recording the value on the initial take. If I loop the section, the foot controller value will no longer write to the midi automation lane after the first take, so when it loops, aka take 2 onward. You can see this when double clicking on the section so you can go into the midi composer. You can click on the foot controller tab (in the same area where you can see the velocities of each midi note) and see that the values stop being recorded after the first initial take, aka when it loops around for take 2. Instead, what is happening is you can see the foot controller automation line move up and down but no longer writes the values. The only way I've been able to fix this is to not record in a loop mode, which is a hassle...

You can also see in the Midi note viewer that the values are correctly being set to studio one, but the values just stop being recorded to the track after take 1

Please help

Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

Please delete your Studio One settings and reinstall Studio One:

1.  Quit Studio One

2.  Click Start and type %appdata% [Enter] to open the Roaming folder.

3.  Open PreSonus/Studio One 3

4.  Copy the contents of the folder to a folder on your desktop for use as a backup.

5.  Delete all files and folders except for the user.license file

6.  Go to Control Panel > Programs and Uninstall Studio One

7.  Log in to My.Presonus.com and download a fresh copy of Studio One and install.

*If you are missing any Sound Sets after doing this, simply go to Documents>Studio One>Sound Sets and double-click one of the files.
