MIDI breakout cable presonus for firestudio tube

Hello, i'm looking to find a MIDI breakout cable presonus firestudio tube  because mine lost.

Is it possible to have the cable or a shematic with the internal wiring?

I second that question. Could it be the same wiring as in Firebox(minus SPDIF) cable, which can be found in the internet?
