Question

I would like someone to help me out in telling me the short cut to open the macro editor.  Clicking the Lil clock on the inspector (instrument track)has become so tedious.  Is there an short cut for this?!

In my surprise that something like this did not exist I went exploring. Quickly realized this does exist-- just click the track number to the left of the mute button. This opens up the Macro Controls.

Alternatively you can create a keyboard shortcut to open the Macro Controls:

1. Preferences (Command or Control + ,)
2. Click the Keyboard Shortcuts Tab
3. Type Show Channel Editor into the search bar
4. Assign whatever keyboard shortcut you see fit
