Question

Just bought a Blackstar amp - have registered on the presonus site. Try to register with SN on card included with Amp - tried under hardware, tried under software - tried using zeros in the number where they are, tried changing that to use OHs, fail on both.

So, not sure how to proceed  - can't ask for support without a registered product - I am feeling that we are getting off to a bad start here LOL

My bad, did not substitute an "L" for a "1" - arg - sorry for the interruption, carry on ....

Same problem - but can't even see where to enter code. Searching for Studio One Blackstar edition turns up nothing, trying the number on a full version doesn't work. Can you tell me where you entered it? Thanks.
