Bus has Send section, and every channel has it. But it would be great and convenient to have also Receive section on Bus. It will help to add channels to bus immediately after its creation with no need to search again for needed channels, open Send section on each and add Bus in the end. Also it will show what channels have sends to a bus just as it shows sends on the channels and on the bus itself.

Select your channels you want to rout to a bus, and then right click one of them and choose "add a buss for selected channels". Routing is all done for you. You will also see that there are some lights lit up showing the number of channels routed to that bus. Click that and it will show you what is routed to it.
