Cant access instruments on Studio One Prime as the installation keeps failing. Anyone know how to fix this?

Downloaded Studio One Prime and realised that there are no instruments. When I select Studio One Installation and try to install them they download for a few seconds and then it says that they have 'Failed!' Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you.

If downloading from inside of Studio One fails, log into your user account with a web browser and download content directly.
