I am having trouble upgrading software.

I haven't used my Studio One for a while.  I currently have version 2 installed.  I keep getting an error message.

Do I need my audiobox connected in order to get upgrades?

BillyBob,

If you want to upgrade, you can go to the PreSonus Store and purchase the Upgrade that you are looking for. The Audiobox has nothing to do with upgrading the software.
