Hello,

I'm kind of going in circles trying to figure out if this is possible. I'm running a RML 16ai interface with Studio One as my backing track player. I'm using the digital channels 17-20 for the backing tracks from the RML unit. I would like to have Capture record the analog sounds from the band and the tracks being played from Studio One in a live performance.

I can't seem to get the RML internal mixer tracks 17-20 to come through on Capture. I've set the track outputs in studio one to playback 17-20 and the RML unit plays it back fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers

It is not possible to record channels that are being used as a firewire return from the computer. You would need to record the inputs from the band and then important these into Studio One and then align them up with the back tracks manually.

This was possible with Capture 2.

Not sure what happened once Presonus upgraded to Capture 3.
