There are many factors that can contribute to software glitches or issues with features in software, including SMAART Analysis and Spectra software. In order to check all they can, one must do the following.
1. Attempt to Manually Uninstall your UC (AI) Surface (for Mac and PC) software and Reinstall the application by downloading it from the Downloads Page, or from your PreSonus User Account under your Registered Hardware.
2. Make sure your mixer's firmware is fully up to date. On the same Hardware details page in your PreSonus User Account you can find links to firmware downloads and detailed step by step instructions for installing that firmware update on your mixer.
3. Should you still have problems, Contact Technical Support to see what further assistance they can provide.
