Apologies if this has been asked before, I'm getting bleed through from my right channel in my left (active) speaker.
I created a few stereo sound files that are 100% Right or 100% left. But when playing the 100% right sound through the Eris 3.5 speakers, there's faint output in the left (active) speaker. The right (passive) speaker is silent when playing the 100% left file. This problem is worse with RCA and improves significantly with Aux input, but I can still hear it clearly at full volume. Is this to be expected? Will this go away with TRS input (I would need to buy a cord to test) or is this a flaw in the speaker itself?
I checked with different speakers, switched the left/right on RCA, and used a multimeter to verify that the file itself is good, and the signal coming from the computer is good, so it seems like it's overlap within the amplifier in the active speaker.
Thanks.
