Option to disable/lock phantom power/48v physical and software buttons

This should be a feature on all of your audio interfaces; I use passive ribbon microphones that will be destroyed if they get 48v/phantom power. Having a big button for it on the front of the interface is an accident waiting to happen, as is having it in software. There should be the ability to lock the front panel entirely (especially for live use!!!) and disable it in the software too.

In an ideal world, we'd be able to disable it per-channel, so if we exclusively used inputs x and y then we'd be able to disable 48v from being enabled on those.
