Where in the Quantum 2626 manual (on Presonus.com) does it state HOW to enable and disable Phantom power for the unit?

Waiting on my Quantum 2626 to arrive, so I'm reading (not scanning) the manual; can't find in the manual where it states HOW to enable phantom power for inputs 1-4 and/or 5-8.
