My AUDIO BOX will not turn up; volume will not increase?

When you say "turn up", are you referring to headphone volume?
speakers volume?
input gain?

My first suggestion would be to have you check your Windows Audio volumes. Go in to the Windows Audio config and make sure all your playback volumes are turned up to the max. You should also check the AudioBox VSL mixer software and make sure all the faders there are turned up accordingly.
If you continue to have trouble you'll want to start a support ticket.
