Being that Studio One 4 is a 64-bit app only, you will want to make certain that you are running a 64-bit OS.
If you are certain that you are running a 64-bit OS, see if you have McAfee installed on your system. If you do, try uninstalling Studio One, disable McAfee, re-install Studio One, and see if the issue persists. You may try uninstalling McAfee altogether if necessary.
If you still have an issue, make sure that you have installed all of your updates for your operating system.
