What's the next step when you don't see the Z indicator below the device name on the start page?

Starting a new song with a template didn't restore the cue mix zero latency Z either. Can whoever answers this please also indicate what to do if the thing you say to do doesn't fix the problem? I had the Z option in view in my track channels and fully functioning but it was never visible on the start page so that's odd too. I guess my next step is establishing a support ticket cuz nothing else is solving this.
