I've been using my Studio 192 for years with Studio One. I have never had issues with Blue z zero latency monitoring until last week, I went to set up a session just like any other day and realized I was only shown a Green "z" option.
In the device configuration for my Studio 192 the "Use native low latency instead of hardware monitoring" option is N/A yet I have no hardware monitoring capability anymore (blue z)
I've had to cancel several sessions already and cannot take on anymore until I can get my monitoring back.
Presonus support is taking a lot longer to sus out the issue than I would have hoped for. No phone support, no live chat. Just one email per day so far.
Someone please help me get back up and running!
