Question

In my opinion, slurs between notes that have opposing stem directions are often misrendered.  This happens most frequently when there are multiple voices on a stave and the slur runs from a note with a downward stem to a note with an upward stem.  What you get is the slur running from the note head on the first note to the top of the stem of the next note.  It should be from note head to note head regardless of whether or not there are other voices in the stave.
