Question

I've just bought the PreSonus R65, I believe when I first used it the both speaker were working fine - for the first use.

Now I only hear sound from the left speaker. When I pan audio all the way to the right I can hear very faint sound, like it's passing through a high pass filter. I've tried switching power outlets, changing cables, swapping audio interfaces, changing programs and yet nothing seems to fix this issue. When I use a tone generator in Ableton sound only comes from the left speaker.

HELP!

Why does this happen? Is this a problem with the hardware or have I done something wrong in the setup that's easily fixable??

Did you use an old pair of speakers to see if all your hardware is working?

Did you switch the right speaker with the left and see if the bad speaker works on the left?

If it doesn't, and you have checked that it it setup to receive signal properly, you should open a support ticket for this.
