Question

I'm using a MacBook Pro with the latest macOS High Sierra 10.13 update and newest version of Logic Pro X.
I have installed everything but for some reason when I follow the steps to setup the Faderport 8, it's not syncing with my system.
On the control surfaces window, I am just getting icons with an error (exclamation mark) appearing in the top right side of the control surface image.

Can anyone advise how I can fix this problem?

There may be an issue with your connection.. I would recommend reaching out to Tech Support. Theyll be able to help.
