Question

One of my Eris E5 monitors will suddenly cut out, even though the power light stays on.  If I reach behind and turn the power switch off/on, it will come back on correctly.  Then, without warning, it'll happen again.  Thoughts?

Did you ever get this problem sorted? The monitors don't seem to have a standby feature so it could point to a defective unit. Perhaps the monitor isn't getting sufficient power. Pulling this out of thin air though.
