Studio Live RM32 AI: Firmware Version SL 1.0.5651

Before updating to the current version (1.4.1.35113), and when using the legacy software(1.6.133654), the tape input channel is accessible.  With the current version (1.4.1.35113), the tape input is not accessible.

Your firmware is old on the mixer. UC Surface 35113 needs a minimum firmware version of 7049. You can see the most up to date Driver and firmware information in your my.presonus account, under the specific product.
