Why do I get only Mono (Left Channel) playback through Monitors?

Using Audiobox USB with Studio One 3.o and Mac High Sierra: I get a great Stereo Mix through my headphones but only Mono (Left Channel) playback through Monitors. What am I missing?

Please refer to this article to test your Audiobox in StudioOne.

Why won't my AudioBox record or play back audio?

You may also want to check your speakers and your cables. Swap the left with the right. If the right side still doesn't work contact Presonus support for more assistance.
