Using Audiobox USB with Studio One 3.o and Mac High Sierra: I get a great Stereo Mix through my headphones but only Mono (Left Channel) playback through Monitors. What am I missing?

You may also want to check your speakers and your cables. Swap the left with the right. If the right side still doesn't work contact Presonus support for more assistance.
