Hi,

Is it normal the S1 CPU is overloaded even my 16 core CPU are 20% ?
I'm on Win7 pro S1 V4

It's like S1 don't use all CPU.

The processor may switch clock speed or turn off CPUs. To avoid this you may need to disable Turbo and Speed Step features in Bios.
