I just got a Quantum 26x32 interface to replace my old 22VSL. Everything works fine but the main output level on the 22vsl is way louder than the output level of the quantum. Is it normal? I'm running all this on a macbook pro with studio one 5 pro. As a reference, main out at 50% on the vsl is as loud as the main out at 75% on the quantum.

Are you basing your assessment on knob position?  Knob position doesn’t really have anything to do with anything.  You should expect 10 different answers with 10 different pieces of gear with the knobs set to say 50%.  In the long run it shouldn’t really matter as long as you can get out what you need without going into distortion.
