Hello. Access Virus TI2 is not possible transform to audio track from midi. Writes - offline rendering or freezing to disk of Virus TI is not supported. Hint: Please use the realtime rendering functionality provided by your host to avoid noise and crackle. I do not know how to put real-time rendering. In studio one 3 with this there was no problem. Please solve the problem

The only Virus that supports offline rendering is the Virus Powercore for the TC Electronic DSP  platform.

TI/TI2 does not support it from MIDI to audio transform, so this feature will not work.
