Question

My computer does not recognize the AudioBox96. I have tried both USB 3.0 and  2.0 inputs with the same result. I have downloaded the latest Universal Control software and it cant see the AudioBox either. I am using the USB cable the came with the device.  When I try to manually add the device using Windows 10 no device is shown. 

note: (I have Studio One 4 Professional, have not downloaded Studio One Artist.)

My computer:

Dell Inspiron 5675

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 1400 Quad-Core 3.20Ghz

Ram 8GB

64bit OS, x64 based Processor

OS: Windows 10 Home

I have the same problem, but only on my usb 2 ports and all my other usb 3, except one... super bizarre. It's annoying me a lot cause I want to use the usb 2 ports.

I have an AMD ryzen 7 2700x and a rog Crosshair VII hero motherboard.

I get it that no one from Presonus ever comes here... help
