Question

I need to know if Studio One 4 Professional is in Spanish, because my other option is Logic Pro x,
Does it work in macbook?

Studio One will allow you to change the language to Spanish.  It will also work on a MacBook, provided that you are running a supported operating system.  Here is a link to the system specs for Studio One 4...
