How do I record a 2track on to an Sd card on my SL24R thru UC Control ?

I don't see anywhere on my iPad in UC Surface to record the 2 channel mix to the sd card? Any instructions anywhere?

You need to insert the SD card into the mixer, when you do so the Capture icon will appear and you can start a recording using that interface.
