Can the Shift button on the Faderport be configured to act like a genuine Shift key?
What do i mean, typically using Shift means you can Shift click one file (A), click the bottom file (Z) and all files in between are selected. With the Faderport you turn the Shift key on, select track A, and then have to manually click the Select key for all the other tracks, very time consuming, why can we not simply click Select Track A, then select track Z and all tracks in between are highlighted? Make the Shift key configureable so that you can retain the original Select ability of how it is now or double pressthe Select key to put the Faderport into genuine Shift mode.
