Hello, I just upgraded to Notion 6.4.462 on my 2009 MacBook Pro running OSX 10.11.6.

The handwriting recognition will show when I activate the handwriting recognition icons, but there are no staves or staff lines showing up in the handwriting area.

The staves and staff lines used to show up in my previous edition of Notion 6.

I know I can't use this particular MacBook Pro for handwriting directly on the screen, but I would like to try my iPad using the Duet app.

Any ideas on what I should check?

Sorry for the delay in replying - just adding an answer here for anyone else having this issue subsequently.

Make sure you have selected a staff in the main score area. Then the handwriting zoom area will show the staff. If this doesn't solve your issue, please get in touch with us directly by making a support ticket via your my.presonus.com account

I've tried the Duet app to varying degrees of success - it's a bit unwieldy for mirroring the whole screen. I've had a better smoother experience using a cheap graphics tablet and pen attached to the Mac - something like the Wacom Intuos

The same here: the zoom area will not show anything even after selecting a measure.
