Question

I have read the manual for the Cloudlifter CL-2 I just purchased, and I have tried various configurations to make it work with my studio channel, but it doesn't appear to work at all, (unable to get a signal once the CL-2 is placed in the chain.)  I'm connecting the mic cable into the CL-2, and then into the Presonus XLR input.  Everything works when I take the CL-2 out of the signal flow chain, but then stops working (can't record) when ever I add the CL-2 back in.

Make sure you have turned on phantom power.
