I was thinking the other day how cool it would be if Presonus would make a complete all-in-one interface mixing controller like the old Digidesign 002 and 003. Use the Quantum Thunderbolt interface together with a bit more "eye candy" driven version of the FaderPorts. An 8 fader control surface (pan knobs on every fader channel) scribble strips on every fader channel, 4 or 5 segment LED meter per fader channel that corresponds with the group of 8 faders selected or highlighted in Studio One.
One the backside, add a cool 4-8 mic pre version of the Quantum with 2 Thunderbolt ports, the normal 10 outputs, ADAT, SPDIF, Word Clock, etc, input and output LED metering. Surround monitoring (if you add surround functionality in Studio One) Talkback, etc...you guys would be killing it!
