Trying to get plugins to show up in studio one 3 64 bit,eventide,,,native instrument,,,etc.....thanks

Show up where? First, make sure studio one is looking for plugins in the correct folder. Next, make sure you're using the 64 bit version of the plugins (studio one 4 doesn't use 32 bit plugins).
