I'm 3 months overdue on completeing a project. Should be a quick one but I'm lost. 1 track is all music I want to start after 1:38 seconds of silence. The second track is simply a dialog. I want to be able to adjust volume etc. for each track. This should take less time than me trying to explain it! Any help appreciated.
