Question

I downloaded today onto Mellissa PC and I am using the same fire wire port and interface that worked on my computer which came with the package I bought in a store. I have done great recordings before on my computer. using windows 7 here. I used windows 3 and 7 and 10 with no problems. When studio loads on mellissa PC, there is an exclamation point in yellow and it says audio recording is disabled. The interface pics up the single no problem. But the interface doesn't seem to be getting the signal to the hard drive or the hard drive not giving the signal to the computer and software or...?

The audiobox itwo studio software {aka universal control} must be installed before it will allow your recording device to interface with the studio one software
