Why Does Studio One 5 say my Lisense has expired when my account says I have an Active Sphere Subscription?

I have an active Sphere subscription and the receipt for the monthly payment. However, when I try to activate Studio One 5 Professional, it says my license has expired. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Same error. Now I have lost hours of work I did last month in Professional because the fx and devices from the pro version deleted themselves. Please help!!!!
