I recently got an Alienware laptop and am having trouble with StudioOne. I installed in on my new computer and transferred files from my old computer but it is still not registering. The software is also not recognizing the audiobox and instead only connects to windows audio. It also says audio recording is disabled. Is this a studio one issue or something with my computer specifically?
