I have this same issue with instrument packs failing.

When I download the installers from my account and try to install it says they are already installed.

Mac Mini Late 2012, i7, 16GB

I've downloaded the Ueberschall Drums from the Presonus site. They do not show up and not loaded into Studio One 4.6  This is frustrating - computer says the files are missing? If so, they are missing in the original download from Presonus. Help.....
