Computer not connecting to Audiobox

The Audiobox is not visible in the controlpanel as a device.

 

Please instruct

I had to reinstall the "WIndows 7 and above" installer from the "my presonus" page and then install the upgrade as well. Once I restarted my computer, it worked like a champ. I hope this helps.
