I tried to create a tech support ticket at https://my.presonus.com/support, but it tells me that my account needs to be activated. I then tried to login to https://forums.presonus.com/, but the login screen does not work.
I am able to access https://answers.presonus.com/ and https://shop.presonus.com/.
Any help would be much appreciated. I see the bottom disclaimer about tech support requests, but the tech support form literally does not work for me, so I have no idea what else to do.
