I would like the ability to be able to hold a pad when in step sequencer mode and adjust the velocity, pan, filter cutoff, etc for that specific pattern step.
It'd be nice to just be able to adjust the value for that step as shown in the pattern editor based on whatever parameter the knob is linked to and controlling.
You can kind of do this with the Akai Fire in Flstudio...at least for the volume, pan, and a couple other parameters.
I think the Atom has the opportunity to one up the Akai Fire here and allow you to adjust any parameter per step based on what you have currently linked to the knobs.
