Audiobox USB 96 Useless - Can't Register Because Serial Number Invalid

I just got an Audiobox USB 96 and tried to register it, and it said it was invalid. If you're a PC owner, this device has to be registered in order for you to download drivers for it to work. I opened a claim with support but because it's Saturday, I won't hear anything from them until Monday. Was hoping to use this device over the weekend for some recording. I've researched this issue and found this same problem goes back to 2017. This is extremely disappointing!

SAME EXACT ISSUE.  BRAND NEW OUT OF BOX AND TELLING ME SERIAL NUMBER DOESNT WORK.  WTF.  NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO CALL AND I GUESS NEXT WEEKEND WHEN IM OFF WORK AGAIN. GREATTTTTTTT

Same thing here! It says my third character should be a "zero". It's a "B". I tried "zero" just to be sure but no dice.

I guess I wait until Monday.

Update: I have not been able to register my device yet, but I did find a link where we can all download the drivers so we can at least use our devices...

This  company wrongly assumes their studio-one home version is the reason we would buy the hardware. so they extend their imposed restrictive control over the hardware drivers too.  The drivers should be clearly available to download without the software without worrying about registering anything. A hardware device should just work as presented. Everyone experiencing this issue should be wise to never purchase anything from this company again. They are acting in bad faith because they are make people unknowingly lose money. who the H is going to go buy a new one from them after they get screwed over trying to with a used one.  everyone knows the used market for music gear is huge and everything trades hands several times.  Knowing that and allowing everyone that buys a their used device to buy a brick is being an insensitive (rhymes with brick) That is totally unacceptable. never again.

same, this is **** now i gotta buy another audio interface! ill be sure to buy a new one & this time from a different company that doesnt restrict their customers! dicks!!
