Question

I just purchased a brand new top of line MacBook Pro to update my processing power for recording. I have a Presonus StudioLive 16.4.2ai interface that I have used for a long time and love it. I've purchased both apple adapters to get the signal into the computer but interface will not appear? What did I not do? Am I missing something? I have the Firewire 800 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter (apple) and the Thunderbolt 2 to Thunderbolt 3 adapter (apple). I figured this would work but NOTHING. Any help is greatly appreciated, I'm dying to track on the new computer.

Apple have made changes in how our drivers are installed. Please see the following for installation Issues with FireStudio Series on High Sierra Mac OSX 10.13 and on Mojave 10.14
