Question

Hello

It looks like all interface covered with dark layer overlay. And most interface elements are inactive. I have changed theme to light, but knobs and faders are dark so I can barely see them. Also they are not movable in UC window but only via mixing console.

Some tabs are not changeable at all, for example I cannot change AUX routing. But I can do backups but interface so dark so it's hard to see it.

I tried to unlock it. I entered the default password, changed this password. it shows me no devices in Device Settings tab. And it doesn't help.

By the way in demo mode (SudioLive 32.4.2AI) everything is ok, I see all light and responsive!

I would still think that it's a permission problem. The access code is 12345, but if you don't select FOH as option for Mix (access), then many functions will remain greyed out. Try the FOH setting. Hopefully UC Surface will work fully again.
