The ability to link matrix mixes yet maintain the ability to mute individually

In our church set up I'm running matrix mixes to send audio to our camera and an audio feed to our fellowship area for over flow seating. The ideal scenario would be having the two mixes linked for adjustment purposes yet still be able to mute them individually.

This is already possible by using two Matrix mixes set to postfade. Raise all faders you need in the mix to "unity" ("U" on the mixer) and set both Matrix mixes to postfade. Now the Matrix mixes follow your Main mix and you can mute everything and anything as needed. You even can make adjustments in the mixes (more vocals here, more drums there...).

I think what you are referring to is fader linking (not stereo linking). I believe this is possible on some higher price consoles but currently, there isn't a way to do it on the Series III mixers. I think the solution wahlerstudios offered may help you for now though.
