Freeze reverb, resampling, LFO mapping (having doubts)

I've seen some videos about how in ableton you can insert a reverb into a (in this case vocal) track and "freeze" the reverb so there's an infinite sounding reverb. After that the guy using ableton resampled that eternal reverb into a different track and later made a cool vocal effect. Anyway the whole point of this post is that I cant seem to find a Studio One 4 way to 1) freeze a reverb so it sounds eternal. 2) resample into a new audio track.

Last but not least, I sill havent been able to find out how to map an lfo to any vst parameter like ableton users do. For example map an lfo to a tuning parameter in a synth so it gives that come-and-go detuning effect,
