I'm in the process of setting up Ableton to use live with a Presonus Studio 1824c. I thank GOD someone informed me about the "Bypass MIxer" button or I would still be trying to get audio to separate outputs. After that, I've been going along great getting my set up together and as of last night I was ready to take it live. Well then, this morning I fire everything up and low and behold, I have audio coming through every channel again. I go to UC and yes, the "Bypass Mixer" is still activated. BUT, I'm getting audio through all the outputs. So, I'm freaking out trying to figure out why. I know I pressed the "Bypass Mixer" button numerous times and nothing changes. So, I start searching for answers, and find that someone else had the same problem and that reactivating the "Bypass Mixer" button usually does the job. Up until now, that hasn't worked for me, but I'll try it again. YES!!! It does work this time!!!! YAY!!!!

So, my question is, does Presonus have any fix in the works for this problem? I'm not very comfortable taking this live knowing that at any moment my Presonus Studio 1824c might not work properly. I don't always have time to troubleshoot problems while I'm setting up, it has to work all the time. PLEASE TELL ME THERE IS A FIX IN THE WORKS!!!!

Thanks!

Please also contact Support through the Presonus Knowledge Base. Unfortunately it's not immediately clear on the first visit to the site where things like this should be posted, but that will get the issue addressed faster.
