S1 is suddenly showing this message. I think it's happened since the recent W10 update. Before that it worked fine forever.
The burner is seen and can be used by other software.
I have downloaded the latest Gear driver and installed it.
I have downloaded the Gear trial software and it CAN see the burner.
I have looked into S1>Options> and the CD Burner entry is italicised with a Disable button next to it. I can Disable and Enable, but it makes no difference.
The project software is a great way to make masters. Using other burners interrupts the workflow and is not a good solution. How do I fix this?
